Firstly, the mold is heated, and the upper and lower sand boxes and molds automatically close. Then, air pressure is used to blow the molding sand into the sand box, and the hydraulic system oil cylinder is used to compact the sand mold. After the sand mold reaches the predetermined hardness, it automatically takes off the box and closes. The molding machine is more convenient to lower the core, and the productivity is very high.
