The fully automatic casting molding machine is the main equipment on the molding assembly line, and after a period of use, the molding machine often appears to swing slowly and slowly, which can affect the working efficiency of the molding equipment. At this point, it is necessary to diagnose the molding machine, analyze the cause of this situation, and promptly handle it to ensure the recovery of the molding machine.
The first step is to open the cover plate on the pressure head of the molding machine and observe if the rack inside is severely rusted. If this condition is found, it will cause the molding equipment and pressure head to act slowly. At this time, kerosene or gasoline can be used to clean it to eliminate rust.
If the first step does not occur, start the second inspection. At this time, the flange plates on both sides of the pressure head should be opened to check whether the Y-shaped sealing rings on both sides of the rack are aging or deformed. If this situation occurs, the pressure head operation will still be slow.
If neither of the first two situations occurs, start the third step of inspection. At this point, it is necessary to open the flange plate located at the upper end of the molding machine pressure head to check whether the grease of the gear bearing has deteriorated. If this phenomenon occurs, it can be rinsed with kerosene or gasoline, while moving the pressure head so that it will feel more and more loose.
The fourth step is to check whether there are foreign objects such as iron slag in the gap between the front and rear plates of the molding machine pressure head. After removing the foreign objects, the test run can be carried out.
If none of the above situations occur, open the two intake pipes on the back of the pressure head, pull the control valves in place and swing them in respectively, and check whether the intake at the pipe mouth is large enough. If the intake amount is small, it will also cause the pressure head of the molding machine to swing slowly. If this is the reason, it can be checked until the control valve, and then until the air is filtered.
