(1) Check the cooling system during the molding process of the molding machine.

(2) Cooperate closely with the pouring process, and notify the mixing of sand in a timely manner when there is no need for molding to prevent the sand inside the bucket from drying out due to prolonged use.

(3) If the molding machine malfunctions, the electric furnace and sand mixing must be notified.

(4) When there is an abnormal pause in the operation of the molding machine equipment, press the middle stop button; Then refer to the fault inquiry.

(5) When endangering personal safety or equipment damage occurs, press the emergency stop button in red.

(6) Before leaving work, the poured mold box must be pushed out of the pouring area to prevent sand from falling off during the next molding shift. Clean the molding area and prepare sufficient sand cores, release agents (kerosene) and other auxiliary materials for the next shift. Fill in the handover record and explain clearly before leaving work.

(7) Check the water pipes, air pipes, oil pipes, and circuit connectors for looseness once a week.

(8) Check the foundation bolts and transmission fasteners once a week.

(9) Assist electricians in gently blowing dust from the electrical cabinet in January.
